The format

An hour or two, with time for questions. Some series come back monthly on a different theme. Many are held in public or semi-public places, and have no dress code at all.

Recurring subjects

Consent and how to negotiate it, long-running power dynamics, health and risk reduction, the history of leather communities. These are the subjects a technique workshop has no time for, and they decide most of the rest.
